Mr Tecy is a platform that connects customers with independent, verified on-site assistants. We facilitate bookings and payments but the service itself is delivered by the assigned assistant.
3. Bookings & Payments
Prices shown at booking include service charges, applicable travel charges, and platform fees. Payment is collected as displayed during checkout. Final amounts may vary if the scope of work changes on-site, subject to your approval.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, a safe working environment for assistants, and to treat assistants with respect. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension of your account.
5. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mr Tecy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant booking.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
