Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel a booking before an assistant has started travelling to your location at no charge. Once an assistant is on the way, a small travel charge may apply to cover their time.

2. Cancellation After Arrival

If you cancel after the assistant has arrived, the travel charge and any diagnosis fee already incurred will apply. The remaining service charge is waived.

3. Refunds

Where a paid booking is eligible for a refund, the amount is processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery bookings are settled on-site.

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule a booking to a new time slot at no extra cost, subject to assistant availability for the new slot.

5. Service Not Delivered

If an assistant fails to arrive or complete the agreed work, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.

6. How to Request

To request a cancellation or refund, open the booking in 'My Bookings' or contact support@mrtecy.com with your Booking ID.
